TSL Help Line
Recently, me and another resident, (who has chosen to remain anonamous), have started up a TSL Help Line! This is a free service, purely made to help TSL Residents. You can contact this service with ANYTHING you want to, as long as it relates to Secondlife. Be it business advice, technical issues, abuse problems within game, or even forums!

FAQ

1. How do i go about sending my question?

A)Email.
Send your questions to tsl_help@hotmail.com

B) Live Chat.
Chat is currently open from 3:00pm GMT+1 time to 5:00pm GMT +1, and then again at 8:00pm GMT +1 to 9:00pm GMT +1. To 'Live Chat' just add tsl_help@hotmail.com to your contact list.

2. How do i know my question is valid for this service?

As long as it's related to Secondlife, then it's 'valid'. Questions about features in-game, forums, even problems with other residents you need to talk to someone about.

3. Is it confidential?

Yes, all e-mails sent to tsl_help@hotmail.com are deleted after a week of being recieved, aslong as the question has been answerd, and the emails havn't specifically asked from the sender to keep on file.

4. When will you reply?

E-mails are replyed to within 24 hours, and aslong as you add tsl_help@hotmail.com within the times stated above, replys will be instant.

5. Is this service run by Linden Labs?

No, it is not. This is a resident run service, with experienced users giving free advice an help. Please remember this service is not endourced by Linden Labs, any workers there or any affiliates.

6. So you don't make any profit off of this?

You are correct, no money, be it USD, GBP, or even L$ is made by us from this service. Although, voluntary donations are acceptef.

7. I feel like i should do somthing to thank you for being so helpfull, and to make the live chat open for longer hours!

8. I want to work for this service, where do i sign?!?!

Currently extra volunteers arn't being asked for, but send any applications to tsl_help@hotmail.com and you will be contacted as soon as new jobs are open.

9. I have some suggestions about this service! How do i go about giving them to you?

Email all suggestions to tsl_help@hotmail.com with suggestions in the subject header. Also, if you have a comment, do the same but put comment in the subject header.
