I've now started a team of creative people to work for me, I currently have two people now working for TTCT, and three more people still waiting to be interviewd. The people in this group think of an idea, pitch it to me, then get payed. Any one reading this and wants to join needs to go to You must have a Second Life account and must be on the TG.
