Town Hall Meeting!

On friday, tomorrow, the TG is having it's first Town Hall meeting! Hopefully i'll be allowed on SL at 2:00am ish when it's on. I found out about it from;

TG is now 1 year's old!!

Web-browsing on prims!

As you probably know, web-browsing on prims is being implemented in the near future SL updates! This site, your reading right now, will be up on a parcel somwhere, for people to see inworld! I'm really looking forward to this feature. I've also recently made my first project using XYtext. It's really simple, just a prim, with the text on it saying 'http://tecnotiger.blogspot.com', and it says the URL when you click it.

I plan to buy a small island:D

Hopefully, in around 2 months, i should have enough money, to buy an island, and pay for the first few months of mantinance fee's. I'm going to have to be really carefull with how i use my island, thats if i want to make any L$ off it, or at least break even.

TG spammed with malls :/

I remember when i first joined TSL, and there was only one real place to shop/rent, and that was Cascade, owned by Tin Bling, and a few little malls, one being mine :p (Tecno Trade). As of now, while i teleport through secondlife, i see loads of malls, we don't need that many!

Tecno Tiger's Creativity Team.
I've now started a team of creative people to work for me, I currently have two people now working for TTCT, and three more people still waiting to be interviewd. The people in this group think of an idea, pitch it to me, then get payed. Any one reading this and wants to join needs to go to You must have a Second Life account and must be on the TG. Read the URL for more info. The first idea that might be used is by Vad3r, a member of TTCT. I'll post more about it if and when it goes ahead.

Mentor application approved :D.
Earlier this morining, when i logged on to Secondlife, i had a group invite and a saved IM. Lizzie Linden had read my application, and had invited me to the TSL mentor group :D I've allready helped 3 people in the last couple of hours :) [offtopic]I've also finsihed my essay for the Global Kids Island, and handed it in. Hope they think it's good 0-0 [/offtopic]

Teengo.
So this is how it happend, i turned up to my Teengo plot, and waited for some people to come. 3 people turned up, then it was 12:00am. I decided to IM Lizzie Linden to come over, but unfortnately (for unknow reasons) she wasn't online :/ Bob Bailly then came, and i explained to him what was going on. I then IMed Data Linden, and he in turn told me to IM Guy Linden. Guy came at really short notice which i'm very greatfull for :D then we realised we had one big problem...... The pot..... It looked like Teengo would have to be canceled and we'ld have to do it another time, but Bob Bailly kindly donated over L$3000 to pot over the 1 hour's worth of Teengo games played. I'ld like to say a big thank you to Bob Bailly, owner of TSLE, for helping out so much :D

Global Kids Island.
Theres a new island in TSL. It's been designed by MG residents, and built by them, and is run by adults. The adults that log on to the teen grid have backgroud checks and there really nice people. They've started an essay competition, all you have to do is write a four page essay on digital media, and then you recive L$2500 for entering, and can win up to $200 if you win and have the best essay. I'm trying to get mine done for sunday, but i also have alot of maths revision to do before my test on monday :/ Another resident seems to have an issue with adults been on the teen gird, i don't see why. It's not like you don't interact with adults every day in the real world. say you want to buy a drink, you have to talk to an adult, give them money etc. Teachers are adults as well, i really don't see why he is so upset about this whole issue. Anyway, i have to go set up my Teengo event i'm holding in 40 mins, i'll post about the Teengo event later.

I recently sold this castle and the land it's on for L$3000. I'm glad to be able to put my tier down again, but the person who bourght it, only wanted for the land, so all that lives on is this snapshot of it. (Oh and the back up in my inventory :D)
